Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, and carrier service.

Limited-run and made-to-order items
Some VLG items may be limited-run, special order, or produced in smaller batches. These items may require additional processing time before shipping.
Returns and exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, reach out as soon as possible so VLG can review the situation and help with next steps. Items should be unused, unworn, and in original condition when return or exchange support is requested.
